Go out, spread light to the world

The title of this painting was inspired by the lyrics from the song 'In Dreams' by Jai Jagdeesh.

The painting was inspired by a vision I had during deep meditation when I first started yoga. During Shavasana I could see silhouettes of people walking from in between my eyes up and out into the sky. This turned out to be my third eye chakra. 

The third eye chakra, also known as Ajna, is considered to be the sixth chakra in the body. This chakra is said to be located in the centre of your head, parallel to the middle of your eyebrows. It's believed to be linked to perception, awareness, and spiritual communication.
